Amendment and cancellation policy
Amendments
Amendments or the booking of additional offers are free of charge. Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of CHF 100.-. Name changes are only possible before the cancellation of the preceding booking.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations the following terms and conditions are applicable:
After your booking: CHF 40.- Service fee for any cancellation
Starting March 25th, 2025: 50% of the total amount
Starting April 25th, 2025: 80% of the total amount
Starting May 10th, 2025: 100% of the total amount
