All tickets are valid for both days.
All prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) incl. VAT of 8.1%. Prices may be subject to changes.
Early Bird rate: This rate is applicable until 31 December 2026.
Regular rate: This rate is applicable for registrations starting 01 January 2027.
* Students, PhD candidates or individuals currently in education or training at the time of the summit - only with proof and available on request through registration@organizers.ch
** Exclusive for sponsors and partners - voucher code provided by BadenEnergy upon confirmation.
*** Available on request through registration@organizers.ch - voucher code for 5, 10, or 20 tickets at the indicated bundled rate.
Payment
Only by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or TWINT 
Amendment and cancellation policy
Amendment
Booking additional services is free of charge.
For any other changes to the booking, an additional processing fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged.
Transferring a booking to another name is only possible before the booking has been cancelled and is subject to an additional fee of CHF 25.00.
Duplicate bookings made under the same name and email address can be cancelled and refunded, minus a processing fee of CHF 50.00.
Transaction fees for chargebacks are the responsibility of the refund recipient.
Cancellation
The following cancellation fees apply in the event of full cancellation:
From the time of registration: Refund of participation fees less 20%, with a minimum deduction of CHF 50.00.
Up to 90 days before the event: Refund of participation fees less 50%, with a minimum deduction of CHF 50.00.
From 30 days before the event: No refund; 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
By completing a booking, you accept the terms and conditions of participation, the general terms and conditions and agree to comply with the code of conduct on site.
