In 2014, the World Health Organization (WHO) identified suicide as the second leading cause of death among 15-29 year olds after traffic collision1. In 2017, it was the leading cause of death among 19-34 year olds in Switzerland2. Created in 1996 thanks to a public-private partnership between University Hospitals of Geneva and Children Action Foundation, Malatavie crisis unit includes prevention, outpatient and hospitalization sectors allowing for holistic care of adolescents throughout suicidal crisis while involving their families. A seventeen-year-old girl was referred to our prevention consultation by her pediatrician in the context of anxiety attacks at school and suicidal thoughts. At the beginning of her treatment, she reveals for the first time memories of intrafamilial trauma. The aim of this poster is to think about confidentiality matters in a multidisciplinary setting, among colleagues but also towards the patient and her family all the while featuring Malatavie unit model of intervention through her care. We also want to illustrate how this model of intervention allowed both patient and parents to benefit from individual and family therapeutic spaces that were maintained beyond as well as to give elements of catamnesis. 1Saxena, S., Krug, E., & Chestnov, O.
