Please note that your password must be at least 10 characters long and must contain different character types. Your IEPA14 account is as well valid for IEPA15. However, it differs from your IEPA member account.

IEPA Membership

Register as a member or become a new IEPA member:
You may register as a member, if you have already confirmed your membership for 2025:
Your IEPA Membership number will be required for registration. Please contact registration@organizers.ch if you have misplaced your membership number and unable to find it on the membership lookup area on the website.

Group registration

Group Registration is available to groups from the same organization with a minimum of 10 delegates who must be IEPA members attending the whole conference. One person will be identified as the Group Organizer who must submit the list of attendee names and confirm payment via invoice for all attendees. Email registration@organizers.ch for further information.
Group registrations with a minimum of 10 delegates will receive a 10% voucher to register - applicable on three days member rate only.
This offer is valid until March 7^th 2025.

People with Lived Experience, Carers and family members

People with Lived Experience, Carers and family members may receive discounted registration to attend IEPA. A person who is obtaining treatment or support for a mental disorder, their immediate family/support members may attend under the reduced rate. Carers and family members who work in the mental health profession must register as a regular attendee. Please contact registration@organizers.ch for more information.

Students

Student Discounts are available for students enrolled in a college or university studying mental health. You will be required on the registration system to submit a verification document from your University (students card, letter from the institution or similar). Please note that the verification document uploaded will be reviewed. Should the document be missing or invalid, the IEPA Registration Manager will reach out to you via email. Latest reception of verification document: SEPT 8th 2025 (on site).

Payment

Credit card (VISA, MasterCard)

Upon receipt of the invoice/booking confirmation, all fees become due by the payment due date stated on the invoice. Regardless of the stated due date, early bird registrations must be received by 7^th March, 2025, and regular registations must be received by beginning of the conference Sept. 8^th 2025.

If it becomes necessary to issue a repeat payment reminder, a handling fee of US$ 35.- will be charged.

Amendment and cancellation policy

Amendments
Amendments or the booking of additional offers is free of charge.

Name change - Registration substitution
Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of US$ 25.- and only possible prior to the cancellation of the preceding booking. Registrant substitutions of equal levels (i.e. member to member; or non-member to non-member) will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the IEPA Registration Manager. Substitution request deadline is September 1^st, 2025 via email to registration@organizers.ch. Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid.

Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to registration@organizers.ch. Please include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and invoice number.

For cancellations the following terms and conditions are applicable:

Until March 7^th, 2025:
100% of the paid participation fee refundable - US$ 50.- administration fee due
Until August 1^st, 2025:
50% of the paid participation fee refundable
Starting August 2^nd, 2025:
0% of the paid participation fee refundable

Double bookings or bookings, that are cancelled within 24 hours after the initial booking are free of charge.

Registration Confirmation and Conference Badge
Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of payment. Identification badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the Registration Desk. Attendees must wear the official conference badge at all times and present it for admission to all IEPA15 meeting events. To motivate attendees to remember their badge each day, and to minimise the environmental costs of reprints, we require a US $15 fee for printing replacement badges onsite.

Certificate of attendance

You will receive your certificate of attendance right after the conference via e-mail. Please check also your spam/junk folder in case you won't receive any e-mails from our side. After the conference you will also be able to download all your documents with regard to IEPA15 Conference (invoice, registration confirmation, certificate of attendance) in your personal account.

In case you wish to receive a copy of your certificate of attendance on a later state after the conference, an adminstration fee of 30 US$ will be charged.
