Invitation letters for visa purposes can be issued once a valid conference registration has been completed and the participation fees have been fully paid. The letter will be sent as PDF via e-mail directly to the participant. HLG and the Registration Office do not engage in direct correspondence with embassies or consulates for individual visa applications.
The issuance of an invitation letter is subject to a processing fee of CHF 40.00, payable in advance.
Once an invitation letter has been issued, cancellation of the conference participation with a refund in accordance with the applicable cancellation deadlines is only possible upon submission of an official visa application rejection letter or equivalent official documentation, subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of HLG and/or the Registration Office.
