*** The congress dinner can only be booked prior the congress and online. No bookings will be accepted on site.

Please note that the "payment by invoice" option is only possible up to a month before the start of the congress. After that, the participation fee can only be paid by credit card or TWINT during online registration or on site.

Payment

Credit card (VISA, Mastercard) 
  Payment with QR-bill / TWINT

  • For participants residing in Switzerland, payment by QR-bill or bank transfer on account is possible (until 25.07.2026). Alternatively, payment can be made via TWINT.
  • Please note that full payment prior to the start of the event is mandatory. The due date indicated on the invoice is binding for timely payment. In the event of repeated payment reminders, you will be charged a reminder fee of CHF 30.

A half-day scanning session will be held at this year's annual congress. 4 credits will be awarded per half-day.

Modification and cancellation

Modification
Booking additional services is possible without any extra processing fees.
Name changes are charged CHF 25.00 and are only possible within the same price category, as long as the booking has not been canceled.
Any other modifications are charged CHF 50.00.
Duplicate bookings can be refunded, minus CHF 50.00 processing fees, up until the start of the event. Bank charges and payment fees for returned direct debits and refunds are borne by the credit recipient.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (even in case of illness or unpaid invoices):

From registration: refund of the participation fee minus 20%, with a minimum amount of CHF 50
From 09.07.2025: refund of the participation fee minus 50%, with a minimum amount of CHF 50
From 13.08.2025: no refund, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged

The above cancellation conditions also apply in case of illness. No refunds outside the periods mentioned above, nor credit for future events, will be granted. Participants may designate a replacement person (name change fees apply) or take out a travel/seminar cancellation insurance at their own expense.
