Pre-conference Workshop

Managing Competing Priorities in BD&L: Insights from Behavioral Science

Join us for an insightful pre-conference workshop that will challenge senior BD&L professionals to think differently about influence at the portfolio level.

We will use insights from behavioral science and work with a tool for framing and making decisions. Discussions and exercises will center on sharing experiences and challenging counterproductive practices that limit our thinking and influence.

You’ll take away a practical decision-making tool that will serve you professionally in a wide variety of settings – in and beyond the portfolio context.

Don't miss this opportunity to focus on your own development, while engaging and learning from your colleagues, and broadening your perspective and influence.
