Information for Poster Presenters
We are excited and happy to welcome you soon at ESCAP 2017 in Geneva! To make the most out of your poster presentation we have prepared the following information for you (information for oral presenters is available here):
Preparation of your poster
Please pepare your printed poster with the following dimensions:
Format A0:
Width: 84.1 cm | Height: 118.9 cm (=portrait format).
- Poster presenters are asked to mount their poster on the poster walls on site at their earliest convenience starting on Sunday, July 9th 2017. Deinstallation of your poster should take place as late as possible.
- The location, where individual posters should be mounted, will be tagged with the Abstract ID as well as your presence information (see below).
- Please note, that you should preprint your poster as we do not have any facilities on site for A0 print outs.
- Posters must be entirely prepared in English.
All accepted posters are published in the poster list. Session information will be added as soon as possible:
At ESCAP 2017 your posters will be on display during an entire day of congress. To encourage exchange and networking there will be dedicate poster sessions from 13:15-13:45, where you should be present at your poster.
Poster Sessions have been finalized (followed by your slot reserved in the exhibition, ie. PS01-11 for slot 11 in Poster Session PS01):
- PS01: Sunday, July 9th, 2017 (time: 13:15-13:45)
- PS02: Monday, July 10th, 2017 (time: 13:15-13:45)
- PS03: Tuesday, July 11th, 2017 (time: 13:15-13:45)
You canb access the sessions and updated poster codes (=column "code") in the online posters list. In addition we will inform all accepted poster presenters as soon as this information is online. Please note, that all submissions ,where presenters had not registered until June 22 2017 have been removed from the poster exhibition.
If you would like to enrich your poster presence online, you can upload a presentation or information file, which will be published directly through the published posters list available on the congress website.
Use your login details you used for submitting your contribution and click "Details" next to your contribution to upload your file:

Please note, that at least one author per poster is required to register and participate in order for the poster to be presented at ESCAP 2017.
If you have not yet registered, please do so at your earliest convenience, but no later than June 15th 2017, as we will then start finalizing the poster exhibition and pull out presentations without registered presenters.
