The congress fee includes access to all the scientific program as well as coffee break catering and lunch.

*Early Bird Tickets are only available until May 31, 2025.

Payment

Registrations for the Early-Bird rate with an outstanding payment balance will be automatically adjusted to the regular rate after the invoice due date has passed. The new invoice can be viewed via the link in the original email with the invoice details, as well as in the participant's personal account.

Amendment and cancellation policy

Amendments
Amendments or the booking of additional offers is free of charge. Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of € 25.00 and only possible prior to the cancellation of the preceding booking.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations the following terms and conditions are applicable:

Starting 24h after booking: € 30.00
Starting July 24th, 2025: 100% of the total amount

Double bookings (with matching name and email address) can be refunded minus an administration fee of EUR 30.00. For invitation letters that have already been issued, cancellation of congress participation is only possible upon presentation of the official visa application rejection letter.
