Presentation times

The conference planner is available here. In the conference planner you will find all the information about your presentation:

• Use the full-text search to search the conference programme by presenter, author and/or presentation title. You can also use your personal user profile to put together your own personal conference programme.
• Check the completeness of your presentation and send us updated information on your presentation if necessary. (E-Mail: registration@organizers.ch)

Prepare your presentation

Presentation format
Powerpoint (PPT, PPTX); 16:9 format

Presentation template
To make the design of the many presentations a little more standardised, we provide you with a template.
The following slides must be used:
- Start slide (Slide 2)
- Closing slide (Slide 13)

You are free to choose wheter you want to design the entire presentation in the template.

Presentation time:
8 minutes

• The presentation slides must be written in English. The presentation itself is given in English too.
• Presenters of an oral presentation are requested to bring their presentation on a USB stick and hand it in at the Speaker Ready Room "Nairobi" no longer than 30 minutes before the start of their session.
• The session rooms are equipped with laptops and projectors - own laptops may be used.
• A short discussion time at the end of the session is planned.

Label your PowerPoint presentation clearly with your contribution ID, surname and title.

Registration to the conference

Please note that all speakers must register as participants for the conference. An abstract fee of CHF 30.- per abstract is required. You can pay the fee during the registration process. Further information and online registration can be found here:
